Baking Soda

Take 1 tbsp of baking soda and add 1 tsp of salt. Wet your tooth brush and dip it into the mixture. Everything will stick onto your brush. Once, you feel your teeth is tartar-free, use the remedy once every week to prevent the tartar from appearing again. Baking soda is pretty strong on teeth, so please don't use it everyday. Banana Peel

I already posted an article on the amazing uses of banana peel and mentioned its benefits on teeth. It not only whitens your teeth but also removes tartar. Cut a part of the banana peel and rub it on the areas where the tartar is present. Do it once or twice everyday. Once tartar is gone, use banana peel once every three days for healthy and white teeth.

Orange Peel

Directly rub orange peel on the areas where tartar is present. Do it once everyday until tartar is gone. After that you can make use of orange peel once every week.

Cloves

Take 5 to 6 pieces of cloves. Chew them thrice everyday. Don't chew quickly and swallow everything. Chew slowly, let it stay inside your mouth for some time. Using your tongue slide the cloves along the inside of the teeth where tartar is present. Once tartar is gone, chew few pieces of clove once everyday for a super healthy teeth and gums. Figs
Just eat figs everyday. Figs are great for your oral hygiene and your overall health. Since, they taste good, slowly chew the figs.

Brush your teeth twice everyday. Focus both on the insides and outside of the teeth.
Floss your teeth once every day. Not more than that.
Gargle your mouth with salt water every day once.
