This is just disgusting. Clearly their addiction has affected their brains because what they did makes absolutely NO sense at all. This heroin epidemic has got to be stopped. Just take it off the market along with the fentanyl and some of these other drugs that are so harmful and so abused. I'm sick to death of it. The public need to demand action. Overdose numbers are so high they can't even answer all the 911 calls. Crime has skyrocketed right along with the increase of drug use and nobody is safe any more. NOBODY.
