These last couple of weeks have been a little crazy. I stood up at work and had a sharp pain in my thigh. It started hurting and swelling and it was apparent that I tore something. I now know that what tore was scar tissue that was keeping my knee from working properly. It still looks a little bad but most of the soreness is gone.
