Family Music, Babies to Toddlers (newborns to 3 years)

NOTE:  You can join any Musikgarten class in progress with the exception of the keyboard classes.  When you join in progress, tuition is prorated to the number of classes you take.

We’re trying something new this year by creating this Family Music class for babies and toddlers.  We had a great experience working with this age range of children last summer and were pleased with the flexibility it offered our families.  The class will be tailored to the ages enrolled.

Together you’ll sing, chant, move, dance, listen, and play simple instruments, all activities that bridge the natural connection between music and movement.   Each lesson features movement activities for coordination, body awareness and control, exploration of space, and instruments such as rhythm sticks, jingles, rattles, drums, and resonator bars.

Additionally, you’ll receive a wonderful CD, a parent activity book, and an instrument or scarf to use at home for more fun time together.

Payment is due at the time of registration, either in full, or the first of 2 payments or monthly payments.

Rate 17 weeks:

In full: $239 (includes materials) + $17 registration fee

2-payments: $102/each payment + $60 (add to first payment, for materials, registration and payment plan fees)

5-monthly payments: $40.80/each payment + $60 (add to first payment, for materials, registration and payment plan fees)

Musikgarten schedules are subject to change based on enrollment.

Scholarship applications are due by 5pm Friday, December 20.
